I never thought of JW as being that good an actor. Never been able to understand his reputation. He seemed pretty run-of-the-mill to me, but I'm generally not easily impressed.

I also look forward to seeing the new True Grit. Good call by Hankster for a remake of Shane. A contemporary version would likely be pretty graphic.
