Hi Chrome,
When I was out with Anton (Darrell and Dad's Guide Service) he gave a similar ratio. He told me they were becoming more and more hard to find. (meanwhile the laker population is very healthy). I can't remember all the particulars but if you go to the 2001 reports for lake Chelan I have a report from the trip I took. I seem to recall that he said your best bet is to fish for them suspended and with flasher/hoochie combo. You can e-mail him about it, he's very easy going and would be happy to share his expertise. His link is on the Chelan Lake reports section.
Good luck, I plan on hitting the lake yearly, we had a blast!
