Lake Retreat is private; there's no public launch or access. My daughter lived on the lake for two years. When the water warmed, some really impressive largemouths moved into the shallows in front of her home. There's lots of docks, submerged logs, and weedbeds to fish. The water is very clear. Lakefront property owners took up a collection to stock the lake with trout, a couple of years ago. Maybe some of those fish have carried over. Probably have to marry into one of those lakefront families to gain access to the water Might be cheaper to go to a trout farm!
