Get downriggers. They open up alot of doors to big fish fishing. Don't settle for manuals. Electrics are so nice. They get your stuff up quickly and out of the way, a must for fighting big fish. One day we hooked 37 salmon in one day and i had manuals and my arms were so sore from that, besides all the hassle of up and down and up again, it sucked. That was the day i switched to electrics.
