F.F. yes they were dragons, not the blue and brown damsels which were also everywhere. I did pick up some fish sunday on damsel dries. It was really amazing watching the dragons getting nailed
anywhere from 2" to 2' above the water. That is the best thing about fly fishing , even if you dont catch something you still get to see the rainbows in there best form.
Oh yeah I know a dragon from a damsel. Plus the
dragons looked like 747's compared to the Cesna's that the damsels looked like in size.
