Best thing to do is start at your local level. Contact your local regional office - not sure where you are located! - and ask to speak with the District Fish Bio and then find out what his/her plans are for triploids in your area.

The initial idea behind the triploids was to stock them right around opening day as a way of generating interest in license sales.

Pass your idea on and see if they can work with you! I don't know how other regions work, but that is what we ask our anglers down here to do!!
