We took back a home in Westport on 7-8-11. Most homes taken in foreclosure are pretty rough. This one is an exception. The home was completely remodeled to the studs, including new wiring and plumbing, and everything else inside. New roof, windows, doors and exterior paint. For all intents and purposes, the home is new.

It had a fire in one bedroom, which caused no structural damage. All studs were sealed prior to renovation, and the prior owner was hospitalized and passed away before she could move in. The renovation was completed 1-15-11. I have photos of the condition of the property all throughout the project rebuild if needed.

We'll kick something to PP if it sells because of this posting. No realtors are involved at this time, but it will be listed after repairs have been completed. Prior to realtors being involved, we would close the sale through our attorney.

The home is 3 BR 2 BA 1900 SF on a 12,500 SF lot. There is also a 1,000 SF shop. We are re-siding the shop and making some other minor repairs.

The home is for sale at the moment for $189,000. After repairs have been completed, and realtors get involved, the home will likely be listed for $210-220,000.

I'll post photos once I get to work. Cell is 360-789-6055.
