RW give up. Folks who have not been around drugs do not get it and doubt if they ever will as there is a difference between decriminalizing and making things legal. We have filled our prisons trying change peoples social behavior to the point that we turn violent individuals loose but keep the person busted for a gram of hash.

Go figure.
