Give the prey population in WA and the unstoppable human population, I don't think 50 or 100 breeding pairs is viable over the long term. Given that the huggers want no upper limit, and the ranchers think one is one too many, I think WDFW might be real close on what a functional wolf population in this state might be.

Good point Stam about not having to defend fishing and hunting on a fishing and hunting forum. Yet doing so is a good exercise in developing the ability to articulate what we are about so that it can be understood by the open minded.

Yeah sure....

One would have to believe that WDFW is honest and trustworthy, or that their track record of managing something....anything... has been successful. They'll deny, obfiscate and intentionally mislead (better known as LYING) so as to push whatever agenda du Jour the douchebags want to feed us.

Remember the Lynx bullchit? We've been told there are no Grizzly or Wolves for years....but anybody that spends time in their haunts knows better.

The WDFW and their "management" sucks DICK....

So yeah...sure we should put our full faith that this time WDFW will get it right. Not FUCVING likely!
