Dogfish Poodle Smolt Registered: 05/03/01 Posts: 10878 Loc: McCleary, WA	Back to the original incident: Looks like in addition to the reckless endangerment charges (gross misdemeanor) filed against the mom & boyfriend in the Bremerton, they are both being charged with "assault, 3rd degree", which is a felony, and "unlawful possession of a firearm", another felony, because both have previous felony convictions. 5 years is a lot better sentence than 1 year.
