redhook Unregistered	ok. let me rephrase that... congrats on your pick up Alpine.. sounds like a fine machine.. how do you think they compare to the VacuPak sealers? or the top of the line Food Savers models? what about the DMC sealers, we used one of those to seal our shrimp up a few years back... i purchased a cheap POS handheld rechargeable, but, for the money, it was very well spent, i have fish that i sealed 6 months ago in the fridge, and theres still no air in there whatsoever... best 19.99 i ever spent... Knuck, i dont fish either of those rivers... i like to be able to breathe..
