This is not only about the fish.... It also has to do with the landowners in the area, I also spend a good amount of time at a cabin in that general area... I could see a purpose of additional power for purposes as lost power due to mother nature, besides that I see no positive outcome of it.
This dam will effect the whole natural habitat in the whole system from the birds, the amphibians, to land creatures, it will effect the everything! Not just the fish.....
