I've gone with him every year for last 10-12 years. I was going to go last week with him on the Willy but he told me to cancel and then I was going to go this week, again he said cancel.

Its slow on the Willy. The prevailing opinion down there is that the water temp is still too low to start the main migration. That may be the case with the C also.
