redhook Unregistered	WOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAHHHHHH... take it up with USPS immeadiately, use that video.. i have NEVER seen a package or had a package come to me with a bag wrapped around it with a statement saying "hey dude, we fvcked your sh!t up beyond belief, but we put it in a bag and gave it to you anyways"... i would also contact the person you bought it from, and send them the video as well... DO NOT WAIT... sorry for your experience AP...
