To put that issue in perspective, consider that in Texas, which has been in an historic drought for a few years now, farmers have been buying hay from places as far off as Michigan. My guess is that we'll start to see a resurgence of the regrettable art of cooking with less than premium proteins (guts) in the coming months/years, as the real depression starts to take hold.
