Umm, no. First of all, that's about the President's suggested budget, not federal spending, per se. And by your own recent account Congress has not yet passed a budget, so hardly germane to the subject. Secondly, that article does not address my original post, or the contention you have for the methodology used within. Finally, that's an op-ed piece in USA Today. USA Today....really?
