401K has recovered and my home continues to appreciate. Yes, appreciate.
The value isn't back to where it was at the peak, but not that far off. My neighbor just sold his house for a lot more then I expected and I have a much nicer crib then his.
My goal of retiring at 62 is still on track. 9.5 years to go.
