This site seems to react a lot faster and it is nice to be able to scroll down and see all the responses at once instead of waiting. It will be hard to remember that strange password that I received but I am not complaining, because this site is one of my top three that I visit daily. Thanks for the hard work and Bob, if you get to get to Kodiak, give my brother Ben a call, because like you, he is a licensed guide and has a 27 foot Sea-Sport, that he charters for mostly Salmon and Halibut. It is about time for me to visit him again soon. When he is busy with his clients, I love to take his truck out to all the local rivers and hook those huge silvers on my Jig Rod,using just 4 pound test......does it really matter if you lose a few? With that light line and just a split shot or two I usually outfish most everyone near me. Great fun and conversation though ,when they find out what I am using. The long limber rod helps take the stress from the line as you know.
Thanks again and all I can say is I have to get to the Queets soon.

Dad, think that if I practice hard, they'll let me participate in the SRC ?
