Maybe you don't know the law as well as you think you do? Why would he lie? He said he got all fines dropped. I have heard of head and nuts needing to be intact in the field. Sounds like that could happen, it's just unfortunate. I have met more than my share of dikhead wardens. Namely the prick that was out here in Cowlitz Co. for a long time. Won't say his name but I'm sure many know who I'm talking about.
