...because he's not a terrorist, he's not a member of Al Qaeda, and he's not on foreign soil...the three things talked about in the leaked memo.

If you're suggesting that the US Government will go after him based on the information in that leaked memo, then you're wrong.

If you're suggesting that the State of California will go after him with a drone, then that has nothing at all to do with the leaked memo.
