It cuts both ways, Hank. I-90 doesn't turn to dirt because the taxes collected from city folk payed for it to be a paved interstate highway.

This whole argument is silly, really. But that's what politicians do - keep the us vs. them, DNC vs. RNC, city vs. country argument going so nobody notices what a piss-poor job they do of running this country.
