I hear you Bob. Wish the government would. But it isn't just the WDFW that has their head where the sun doesn't shine. On the same day the Bremerton Sun ran the article on I-696 failing, they had (on the front page)an article on Kitsap County appointing a "special commission" to figure out how to keep the chinook salmon off the endangered species list!

It seems to me that if they were that damned interested in keeping the salmon off the endangered species list, they would have spent some time, effort, and MONEY to fight the commercial fishermen!
