Looks like a UCC filing to me. I filed three today. Doesn't look like a foreclosure notice. I've worked on those, and a foreclosure notice is done on real property, not equipment or other assets, such as foil. wink

Assets other than real property can be seized through reposession or an act of replevin, in the case of a debtor unwilling to hand over the collateral. Done both of these.

Documented boats are arrested by the US Marshall's, and are chained to the dock. Been there and done that.

Not seeing anything related to a foreclosure type action, unless there is something hidden in there.

It is not uncommon for UCC filings to be taken on "income streams throughout time."
