The 16 year old WDF&W data was from a Washington ´´Game Department" study called "Methodology for Determining MSH..." commonly called "The Gibbons Study. It was published in February, 1985.
It treats the entire sustem as one management unit which means, I think, that if wild kill returns that Goodman Creek and other small streams with few natives will have the same 30 wild fish kill that the mighty Hoh and Bogie will have. Stupid, or what?
