well i know averyone on here fishes gloomis. In fact I lucked out and inherited one. My problem now is that I need another casting rod. Im looking for something in the 10 to 20 lb range. I would like the ability to use floats as well as standard drift gear
since the guy at the "outlet" tackle store thinks the only rod in existence is the gloomis maybe you guys can help.

P.S. Are the lower grade loomis rods just as good ( gl2, etc.)
