I was reading "Drift Fishing" and there was a section on the benefits of using small shrimp, cooked AND uncooked with legs left on, for bait! Has anyone used this method??? It sounds like it would be a HECK of a lot more durable than sand shrimpies, and he said the fish hammer it, PLUS it keeps the smolts from getting hooked!!!
