I think that I answered your first two questions in my response to FF02. As for your third question I am afraid that I do not have the resources available to me, to attempt to provide you with any meaningful answer, however I do believe that FF02's claim that it is a "fact that there are simply too many people on the planet", to be false to the point of absurdity.
