I think an hours ride may be pushing it regarding their survival unless you have both temperature control and aeration. As Hoh said, I'd pick a stream within the Lake Washington drainage with easy access to transport and release the fish.

With 200 juveniles, you're looking at 1-4 adults tops so you want to maximize their chances. No river net fisheries to intercept the adults in Lk. Wa streams, as well (although there's Herchel and his buddies).

You may want to call the Mill Creek WDFW office for some advice. Ask for Kurt Kramer. He's the district fish biologist for this area. Good Luck!
