Actually toad unlike you I try to be pragmatic about things. I think the lawsuit is pandering ,unproductive and a sign that the politics of this once great country are broken beyond repair. Boner is an asshat but then again that seems to be a prerequisite for working inside the beltway anymore. If my grandma was in charge she would lock them in a room until they could work out a solution and no dinner until it was done. Hard to see anything when you are always looking down to make sure your toe is on the line.
