Howdy,
Fred Meyer has decent sales on stuff like waders, reels, tubes ect. The selection of terminal gear is spread pretty thin,(with bass, salmon/steelhead,trout lures and klunky gizmos) but my favorite spoons have been there on a intermittent basis. I shop for groceries there after I check out if any good deals are available in the sporting goods.
Ted's is the place to get all the trick goods, aisle after aisle I'm like a kid again. Mike taught me how to make my own flyrod, I think I was 11. It was the most beautiful dark burgandy Lami,(fiberglass back then) then when the battery powering the rubber raft my boss and I were fishing rolled over on it, he had Ted's put a fix on it for me.
Outdoor Emporium and the sporting goods store behind the Chevron on the west side of I-5 on R.20(sorry I can't remember the name) Have real good selection also.
