Sure Seattle has a lot of wealthy people. So what. If it is 10% of the population, you make it seem like all 62K millionaires are on the roads at the same time and [Bleeeeep!] up traffic.
You mention they wanted the tunnel yet bitch about the traffic. Who are they? Citizens of Seattle or CEO's of corporations who may or may not live in Seattle that are concerned how traffic may effect their businesses.

I spend a good portion of every week in downtown Seattle. I can assure you there are more millionaires driving over 520 and I-90 into Seattle each morning then there are driving in on the viaduct.
