Racism still exists but I doubt to the magnitude that the press shows. I'm a minority and I'm from the South. I know racism exists and have experienced it, but it's not as rampant as the news would like you to believe.

Plenty of other races get hemmed up by police.

The media and "black leaders" are reinforcing and essentially nurturing a pride in victimization. If AL Sharpton and the NAACP spent half of their effort on preventing or attempting to solve black on black crime and gang violence opposed to lighting a fire under anything the press gets a hold of, the black community would be moving in the right direction.

but don't take my comments to mean anything positive from this travesty. I'm speaking broadly on whats going on with the black community. Based on what is shown in the film, I'll say again it was a bad shoot.
