yes absolutely . However I think statistically the real bad guys are a small percentage of the 5% let's concentrate on them. What I Oppose is the police treating everyone like a 5%er until we can prove otherwise. Btw I had a friend in college who thought it was Ok to steal beer , he would just walk in and grab a case and walk out. He now runs a multi billion dollar corp. I bet he is still a thief.
