So with that, Brood - please go ahead and picks next week's game by next Monday evening or Tuesday am at the latest. Put the games into the format I have been using (#2 Popcorn State @ #10 Sisters of the Blind). I'll still tally the weekly results accordingly.

It's all yours amigo....GO BROOD GO!

So first off my apologies to Nick. I'm always a little frosty week of the Ducks game.

So I thought this would be real easy. Just find two ranked teams from each power 5 conference with a spread <5 pts. Uh-Not happening.

So I figured I'd find 1 ranked team vs a non ranked team with a spread of <7 points. Uh-Not happening.

I've never really looked at spreads for other, non Pac-12, games and so was somewhat surprised at how, outside of the Pac-12, ranked teams pretty much get every other weekend off if not two out of three weekends. Who'd have thunk that! And the Pac-12 sucks this year simply because each team is competent??

Average spread for all games by conference:
ACC: 8 pts
Big Ten: 11.6 pts
Big 12: 22.5 pts
SEC: 9.5 pts
Pac 12: 4 pts (UW@SU had no line at the time I wrote this?)

So what have I learned? If you want to win a NC don't play in the PAC 12!!

I'll be posting the four games I came up with in my next post. Feel free to bitch all you want smile
