It would be weird if you actually thought that I think about your underwear.
Also weird that you didn't get that my contempt is for those standing in line with their hands out, fighting over the taxes I pay, while claiming that one is worse than the other.
It would also be weird if you thought that I am a mind reader. I can only try to understand what you write, I do not know what you think.
If you found that conservatives consumed more free [Bleeeeep!] from the gov't than liberals......would you become a liberal?
There is no (free) money, food, or phones, all of these (free) things that the government doles out are either paid for or promised to be paid for by the taxpayers. Many of our elected leaders use these (goodies) to buy votes from a populace that is, on a large part believers in immediate gratification and or in (free) stuff.
Consider that even though the terms Liberal and conservative are comparative, and lie on a continuum, most would say that liberals, (the left) are more in favor of a larger and more active government than the conservatives or the (right) are. I say the government should not be in the business of buying votes at the taxpayers expense, I also would like a smaller and less active government, my feelings on these matters are unlikely to change.
