Got the same message today.

Couple weeks ago I get home and my internet is down. A couple minutes after trying to log on I get aunomated phone call saying "your Microsoft keycode has expired, and this is why you cannot log onto the internet". I looked up the number and found out it was a scam so I called them. I played along for a minute and then told them that I was the captain of navy destroyer and had traced their location, and subsequently launched a patriot missile which would be impacting them in a manner of seconds. They blocked my entire prefix. They sounded like they were calling from India or Dubi. Scammers don't like being threatened with missles.
