These are the options in the order that the Fruit Loops hope for...

1. A million patriots show up and a civil war starts.
2. No one shows up, but they are allowed to walk out and go home.
3. They die in a hail of bullets.
4. They go straight to jail without passing go.

Unfortunately for them those are the four options, but they are more likely to happen in exactly the opposite order. Numbers 1 and 2 are 100% impossible, and #4 is exactly what will happen unless they are dumb enough to pull a BTG and pretend they are some sort of commandos, and get planted.
