An guy I know really believes the ChemTrail thing. He also believe in all these goofy anti government ideas. Sounds like Rich. He thinks the planes and other things in the air and deploying chemicals into the atmosphere. When asked why this is done the answer is to keep us (the People) under control. What we see is not condensation from the aircraft but vapor from the deploying of the chemical. He backs this up with lots of pamphlets, internet websites blah blah blah.
