From where did you paste the press release in the main body of your post?

It reads differently then the one in the link. They seem identical with the exception of the wording in the second of his four points.

Point two from your article reads:

2) Harvest: Remove all nets – tribal and commercial – from our state’s waters and
compensate for lost income.

Point two from the article in the link reads:

2) Harvest: Remove all nets – tribal and commercial – from our state’s rivers (all freshwater) and compensate for lost income.

I have been following this since last Wednesday and today is the first time that I noticed point two dealing with "fresh water nets only". I had been of the assumption that the language referred to "all of our states waters" as in the body of your article.

Does anyone know what's happening here?

It's the difference between apples and oranges ie tribal vs. all nets.
