The problem I have with our user group(sport fishermen) is that we are quick to blame the tribes for our decline in fish populations. They do need to take part of the responsibility but all I'm saying is we all need to look at ourselves as sporties and take some of the blame, and do our part to help fish populations I.E. not targeting Kings that are closed to fishing.
