The other one we appealed once but they just made up another reason to say I didn't have standing. As a result of my case and a few others he closed his firm and wrote some books, he told me that there is no reason to be a trial lawyer when there is no possible way to get an honest decision if the defendant is the government. Now hes back in trail law suing Unions for people who get FRUCKED over by them.
