I have heard good reports from the lower river in the Lowell area and mixed reports from lower Sky and the confluence on the Snohomish. My friends went this morning and hit fish at Monroe off the bank and said that fish were jumping all over the place. These guys, sorry Dave and Andy, are complete crackers and if they can catch fish without me then there must be plenty in the system. I will be on the Sky/Snohomish Friday through Sunday.
