How can it be treason if it's for the benefit of the American people. If it was hurtful and damaging to the country then it would be treason but Putin did us a favor by exposing curruption within our own government so that's not treason by and definition. Putin should get a medal for what he did for us.

Also Putin probably saved us from WWIII, so he might as well get the Nobel Piece Prize as well.
