The Columbia River endorsement was due to expire last year (30 June?) but was extended one year to allow for emergent issues (from the Advisory Group's report and recommendations) to be addressed. We now are into the new legislative session and given all of the issues related to the proposed across the board WA license increases as well as the ongoing fiasco in Oregon I am wondering what is going on W/R/T the CR endorsement?

Remember that the Advisory Group's recommendations included no immediate increase but tying future increases to the rate of inflation. It also included extending the coverage to B10 which, if approved, would require anyone wanting to partake of B10 to buy that endorsement. But at the same time will Oregon pull the plug on the whole program and concurrently drop their CR endorsement?

What a mess!!
