Agreed.

Just FYI, it's good not to put too much stock in what I write here; my viewpoint is jaded, and it sometimes leads me to false or premature assumptions when "weird" changes are introduced to fishery models.

Glad eyeFISH chimed in with the assurance there won't be any "test" or "emergency" openers for the nets.
