Oprah purchased an 8 million dollar estate recently on Orcas Island. She has a good amount of friends up here, Years ago near the boarder of Mason and Thruston Counties I did a burglary report for some folks who were close friends of hers, they told me she would stay at their house a few times a year and spent time in this area regularly.
