Back onto the topic of "fake news"....

I saw this video the other day and I am confused if this is what everyone refers to as "fake news"? After the video feed cuts away, it suspiciously goes into some weird video that I just don't understand or trust. Maybe I'm naïve, but I think they are maybe talking about their private parts? What do you guys think?
