Harper went 0 for 0 with two walks and a run scored in his Grapefruit League debut. Walks are good just ax Barry Bonds. Walks are fine as long as they lead to runs scored. Bonds averaged 121 runs/yr in his career. Walks can lead to runs when you are like this guy... Other than the big money contracts that I believe have gotten a bit out of hand,Baseball is alive and well and is the best game there is. IMO.

Mariners seem to be doing pretty decent with this new team... its the Mariners tho, so they will probably fvck everything up in the last part of the season...
we shall see... My wife and a friend went to the opening game and ended up on the jumbotron dancing. They got a couple of text messages from others that were at the game. Could have used Diaz in the 9th on Saturday night. I like this Mariners team.
