Does anyone know of shops or individuals that teach or tutor in the spey casting techniques? I have my own equipment but can use some help becoming more proficient.

Most of the flyshops in Seattle offer speycasting classes periodically. Kaufmann's, Avid Angler, Patrick's and Creekside all have either accomplished staff members or hired instructors. Give them a call and ask about classes and schedules
