This really cracks me up, I can't beleive I am the only one to have mentioned the Koffler. I had mentioned it earlier and no one else has said anything about one. You all should really open up the eyes and hop in one if you get a chance and try some free drifting or backtrolling. You will never go back...

Well you're all missing the boat here
you haven't lived till you rowed a real Cataraft.....nothing like being one with the river and watching it pass between you're legs,: hooken a big native (steelhead) and being taken for a ride....had to throw that in since you guys can't seem to make up you're minds...Os

I have actually seen a thor built, I've personally ran Mike Sextons sled, it is a monster but is one hell of a side drifting machine. But remember where he had got a lot of his ideas, KOFFLER!!

Seems like everyone thinks the one they own is the best.
At this time I own 2 river sleds. A 20x60 Koffler Lite and a 20x72 Willie Predator.
The Willie is very much better that the Koffler. My Koffler bottom has cracked in several places from the pounding it takes because it is so flat bottomed. Quite simply a piece of bad design.
The Willie rides so much better its hard to explain unless you have ridden in each one. The bow on the Willie lays down better so you can see over it. (Its not the trim) I have run both of these boats hundreds of hours. If you are thinking of fishing any saltwater do not go flat bottom.
I have also owned a Alumaweld and thought it was great until buying the Willie.
So if you are going the spend the bucks buy
"simply the best" Willie Boats.fp

How could this conversation continue on this long without anyone mentioning Wooldridge? I really like their jet tunnel and how they sit so shallow when loaded. It is also the straightest tracking boat I have ever been in.
